Here at Welcometraining we offer a wide range of customer service training through a mixture of different courses, including the nationally recognised Welcome to Excellence courses.

We offer generic courses in leadership, management, marketing and customer service, however we also have more specialised courses for certain sectors. We also provided bespoke training services, where we tailor courses directly to your needs. Together these services are designed to help you:

Types of course

Our customer service training courses are run in two ways:

  • Public courses – Here you just buy the number of places you require, and the course consists of customers from several companies/individuals. We provide a training centre along with light refreshments.
  • In-house courses – A personal course at your own venue for your own staff. These courses usually can take up to 16 participants but varies depending on the course.
